Managing Notifications

Notifications in PC Matic are essential for maintaining awareness of critical events and changes within your account. PC Matic diligently monitors a plethora of information about all of your devices to keep you well-informed. All available Notifications can be configured as Email or SMS Notifications or accessed within your management console.

Within the Notifications page of your console, you have the ability to dismiss individual notifications, dismiss all notifications, or disable any notification with a simple click. Disabling a notification will deactivate that notification for the respective level going forward and dismiss all existing notifications of that nature. Certain notifications will also include an Actions menu, enabling you to promptly take action without navigating away from the page. Once an action is taken, the notification will automatically be dismissed.
