Once you have purchased your delist license, you will need to login to your Delist Admin Portal at delist.pcmatic.com


Next, you will need to add your profiles to the dashboard for the scan to begin. There are two ways to do this.


Add Individual Profiles

  1. Click on Add Profile.

  1. Choose the customer account this profile will belong to, then fill out the required information.

  1. Click Start Monitoring.
  2. The scan will begin immediately after clicking.
  3. If you wish to add additional information to this profile, you can do so by clicking selecting the specific profile, from the drop down box, and click Manage Profile.

This will allow you to update your profile with additional information to improve the quality of the matches we find when checking each data broker. For example, if we find a match with the same name as you, we can compare relatives that you have added to your profile and be more certain the record is yours.

Bulk upload all of your profiles using an excel import.

  1. Press the Bulk Upload button.

  1. Download the CSV Template.

Use this template to input your employees' information.

  1. Select the customer account associated with the bulk profiles you are attempting to upload. Then click Select File and select the CSV Template from the location where you saved it and then click on Process Spreadsheet.

  1. Review the Validation Results and then click Confirm to Add.

The newly added profiles are now visible in the drop-down menu:

  1. Once the employee list is uploaded the scans will begin automatically.
